Nestled in the foot of the Bride Valley, just a 5-10 minute walk from both the 16th Century village of Burton Bradstock and Hive Beach, Larkfield Holiday Park has caravan and lodge holiday homes for sale. The Park is private, and exclusively for Holiday Home Owners, so it’s not possible to book a holiday here.

Part of the iconic Chesil Beach, the Jurassic Coast and located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the beach with its golden cliffs is a special place in Dorset, whether the sun is shining onto a calm sea, or the wind is whipping up white-capped waves. Enjoy the award-winning Hive Beach Cafe right on the beach and the Seaside Boarding House with a restaurant and cocktail bar with a terrace on the clifftop. Or walk into the village of Burton Bradstock, with its village pubs, convenience store, petrol station, library, post office / farm shop, church, bus stop for the ‘Jurassic Coaster‘ and village green.

Further afield from Burton Bradstock, the fishing village of West Bay with its harbour, fish and chip kiosks and stretches of shingle beach, is just 2.3 miles from the park. 3 miles from the park is the historic and lively market town of Bridport with its net and rope making history, arts and antiques scene and eclectic mix of entertainment and events.

Venture along the Jurassic Coast Road from Burton Bradstock towards Weymouth and you will see spectacular views over Chesil Beach and the Jurassic Coast. The village of Abbotsbury awaits, with its art galleries, tearooms, family-friendly attractions such as the famous swannery, children’s farm and sub-tropical gardens, and St Catherine’s Chapel which perches high on a hilltop overlooking the Fleet Lagoon. The resort of Weymouth and the county town of Dorchester are both around a 30 minute drive from Larkfield Holiday Park, as is Lyme Regis (known as the ‘pearl of Dorset’), with its world-class fossil beaches, independant shops and striking Cobb harbour wall.

The caravan and lodge holiday homes are all set within well-maintained grounds and it’s the peace and quiet that makes Larkfield such a popular location for couples and families to own a relaxing countryside retreat near the coast. The park has a small laundry room and a Park Reception is located at nearby Graston Copse Holiday Park. Holiday Home Owners at Larkfield are welcome to use the facilities at nearby Highlands End Holiday Park (10 minute drive), including Martin’s Bar & Restaurant, Highlands End Leisure Club with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, children’s soft play, pitch ‘n’ putt course, Spar convenience store and more.
